The challenge

A national medical body needed to maintain consistent records of transplants and their follow-ups carried out across many transplant centres, a data set too complex and sensitive for spreadsheets.

What we did

• Built an admin-managed master data layer (classifications and reference data) to keep records consistent across centres.
• Created structured forms to capture transplant records and longitudinal follow-up data.
• Added role-based access and reporting so each centre manages its data while the body sees the full picture.

The results

• A single, consistent registry of transplant data across multiple centres.
• Reliable follow-up tracking for long-term clinical study.
• Structured, reportable data replacing fragmented record-keeping.
