Customer Support Executive

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, possess exceptional communication skills, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email, phone, and chat
  • Providing product and service information to customers
  • Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • Coordinating with other departments to resolve customer issues
  • Assisting in customer retention and satisfaction
  • Meeting and exceeding customer service expectations by providing outstanding service

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or a related field
  • Should have exposure to computer science background
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication in English & Tamil is mandatory, strong communication in other languages will be an advantage
  • Should understand requirements on websites, web applications, mobile applications, hosting, domain and related services
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and other generic web tools
  • Should possess skills to understand web technology and related services
  • Ability to work with basics of HTML,PHP,JS etc
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Positive and empathetic attitude towards customers
